It is possible to import a license, context and update file using the command line based CodeMeter Universal Support Tool (cmu).

The cmu tool is installed as part of the CodeMeter Runtime and works on Linux, MacOs and Windows systems.

Copy the relevant file to the target system if it is not on the target system yet and import the file using the following command: cmu -i -f<PATH_TO_FILE>

For example: cmu -i -f CmFirm.wbc

You will receive a message after a successful import as well as after a failed import along with a error message if it encounters any.
